It is with great sorrow that I be the bearer of this news. Alpha Company Commander: Scott Malkoff passed away Thursday night in a terrible motorcycle accident. HE was a hero, leader and a friend. Scott is survived by his young family , Wife ,Irina, and two sons Ben & Max . Scott was very proud of his family and his career in the NYPD where he was part of the rescue operations in the 9-11 terrorist attack and sustained injuries that forced him to medically retire. He will be forever missed. Almighty God, Father of mercies and giver of all comfort; Deal graciously, we pray thee, with all those who mourn, that, casting every care on thee, they may know the consolation of thy love; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
